This elegant cool climate Syrah shows aromas and characteristics of our terroir, black fruits and white pepper. Followed by a palate rich in dark chocolate and blackberry with a light tannic bite.

Other	The grapes were picked at full ripeness then destemmed and crushed. Two days skin cold soak before inoculation, regular punch downs and pump overs during fermentation. The wine was then pressed after fermentation in stainless steel tanks and then aged in fourth and fifth -fill French oak barrels for twelve months before bottling.
