Other | The grapes were destemmed and crushed, 6 hours skin contact, pressed, settled across 2 days. Clean juice fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16 – 17 degrees C. Left on the gross lees for a month and further for 6 months on the fine lees before being bottled. |
