Analysis & Info

Explosive strawberry and cream aromas with hints of candy floss are characteristic of this 38% Sauvignon Blanc, 36%
Shiraz and 26% Petit Verdot blend. It is dry, has a medium acidity with lovely red berry and pomegranate flavours on the palate.

Other	Grapes from all three varieties were destemmed and crushed, and the free run juice was left to settle over 2 days. Fermentation took place in stainless steel at 16 to 17 degree C and left on gross lees for around a month. Additional 6 months maturation on fine lees prior to stabilisation and bottling.
